Who Are We?

We are Felipe and Haseena Casado, a husband and wife team who have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. In the Summer of 2019 we achieved a long-held dream when we bought Lilac Cottage.

​Felipe is Head Chef and Haseena Front of House. We both want to ensure that you enjoy a memorable visit to Lilac Cottage from the moment you step through our front door.

​Our team ethos is to deliver service excellence – from helping with menu choices and wine recommendations, to creating delicious and flavoursome dishes cooked with passion and served in a friendly, yet efficient manner.
